Our Projects Service

We have a dedicated Internal Projects Department to deal with your projects. Our friendly team is happy to answer any questions you might have, and lead you through the process from initial enquiry through to delivery to site. We can help with any special requirements you might have for your lighting connection or lighting control design.

Once we have your drawings we provide you with a detailed quotation schedule showing exactly the number and type of products you require on a room-by-room or circuit-by-circuit basis along with specific advice on installation. Our products do not require commissioning, but if you need help on site then we can guide you through the process.

Project Packing

Our project packaging service is an optional extra that offers the added benefit of room-by-room or circuit-by-circuit packing.

Your project will be delivered to site fully labelled, and separated. Each individual box will have details of the project name, floor, area and room or circuit it is to be installed in. Each box will only contain products destined for the room or circuit in question.

What we can offer

Our products work straight out of the box with just a minimum of setting up.

Project specific installation instructions and schematics supplied where appropriate.

Free on site training for larger projects – Set your team off on the right foot with our tailored project specific training.

Products packaged and labelled on a room-by-room or circuit-by-circuit basis if appropriate – Items to hand exactly where you need them, eliminating the risk of products being wired into the wrong area.

We tell you exactly what we’ve included in our design (and what we haven’t) so there’s no nasty surprises down the line. If you ask us to prepare a quote we think it should be one you can trust.
