The smallest sensor head of its type
flex7 Sensor Heads are so small (the smallest of their type) that they can easily be installed in a 32mm diameter hole. They measure 40mm in diameter at their widest, making them extremely discrete and unobtrusive. All versions of our PIR Sensor Heads are now available in both white and black options to blend in seamlessly with their surroundings.
Our range of Sensor Heads
flex7 Sensor Heads have adjustable timeout and sensitivity settings, and the detection range can be increased by up to 6-fold by adding extra heads. All flex7 lighting controls operate at protected extra low voltage.
Sensor heads are available for occupancy/absence with daylight dependency/linking.
As well as standard PIRs we also offer Surface-Mount / Tamper-Resistant and IP67 versions.
Surface Mount / Tamper-Resistant Version
Using the 2 x M4 screws supplied, fix directly to a standard BESA box with 50.8mm fixing centres in surface mount installations.
Alternatively, replace the M4 screws supplied with security type fixings and use in installations where resilience to unsolicited attempts to remove or tamper is paramount; public areas, prisons, secure units etc. Our range of Surface Mount / Tamper-Resistant Heads are available with absence, occupancy and daylight dependency/linking. An Auxiliary Head can be used to extend the area of detection by 6-fold. All options are available in black or white to match their surroundings.
IP67 Version
Our IP67 rated Sensor Head is for use in external applications where protection from moisture is needed. Flush mount through a 34mm diameter hole into the ceiling, bulkhead, canopy etc. Comes prewired with 5m lead.
RJ Connectivity
Sensor heads are connected using a quick and easy RJ connection.
