Birmingham’s tallest office block boasts 230,084 sq. ft of office space and stands 26 storeys high. The building has a BREEAM accreditation of Excellent and an EPC Rating A.

Flex7 provided Lighting Distribution Boxes, Plugs, and lighting controls for Facepunch Studios’ new offices on the 8th floor of the impressive building. The floor consists of 12,132 sq. ft of office space.

The offices were finished with black exposed ceilings, and black PIR Sensor heads were used throughout the installation so that they would blend into their surroundings.

Lighting controls were networked, and daylight dimming was used in appropriate areas.
